1. General questions

What is the status of my order?

Your parcel will be carried by the courier who offered the most efficient delivery for your location.

Usually each courier has specific delivery periods typically determined by where the product is to be delivered to.

Please feel free to track your item with the tracking number provided on your shipping email, or contact us if you experience an unlikely issue- customercare@milima.africa

What if I want to return my item as I’ve changed my mind?

For most of our products, you are eligible for a return, but not a refund.

We will assist you by offering an exchange or credit note, no questions asked.

We understand that online shopping can require a little guess work, so we like to replicate a simple return for our online shoppers too.

If you find that your online order isn’t right for you, just get in touch via +254 722 848 110 or customercare@milima.africa- we will handle everything for you.

Please note that where applicable, return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

As always, ask us for assistance if you need any help at all.

Can I change my order?

Yes. Simply edit your cart or call us for help (You can also write to milimaafrica@gmail.com to request for assistance if necessary).

2. Shipping

Where do you ship?

We practically ship to every corner of the continent. Simply tell indicate your preferred delivery address accurately and we will see to it that the items arrives safely and on time.
Of course, we will keep you updated about the status of your delivery throughout the process.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Depends on your location. Some orders can be shipped the same day while others may take up to 30 days to arrive. Again, our sales assistants will keep you updated.

Do you offer fast shipping?

Yes. We can arrange for fast shipping at the customer’s expense.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction. The actual amount vary from country to country.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all popular payments methods- Credit cards, Bank transfers, Western Union, MPESA, PayPal, etc.

Which currency will I be charged in?

US dollars but we can always convert everything to your local currency for convenience. Just tell us about your preferred currency and we will advise accordingly.

Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?

Not at the moment.

How long does it take to process a return?

We are very prompt where applicable . Specific details are available upon requesting for a return/exchange.

Do you have physical stores?

Yes. We have a merchandising store in Karatina, Kenya.

Is there a warranty?

Sure. All our products have a warranty. Visit the shop section for specific warranty terms for each product.
